There are so many essential oils. I know. It can be overwhelming. Especially when they’re always always adding new ones! How do you keep them all straight? How do you know which ones to use for what?
Don’t let overwhelm get the best of you. Just as with anything, start with a little at a time. When you break things up into more digestible sizes, overwhelm lessens and learning incurs.

Beginner oils Highlights
At the risk of spoiling the surprise in the video, the 3 beginner essential oils are lemon, lavender and peppermint. Each one of these oils has tons of benefits and almost no ill side effects. Some of which I speak about in the video.
Lavender is calming and used widely through the self care world as such. It’s considered the queen of oils because it helps out where ever it is needed.
Lemon is cleansing. It’s used to support metabolism and is THE oil for cleaning things around your house. Not to mention, it’s fresh scent is welcoming to everyone. Who doesn’t love the smell of lemon?
Peppermint can ease the occasional headache and wake you up in the mornings when used. It’s cooling which can also be useful on hot days and during workouts!
They’re perfect for the person who is just starting out!
