It is indeed nice to be a guest blogger at Earth and Water. Today, I am sharing a healthy recipe and a few tips on healthy eating and living as we are all passing through a difficult period.
Life is like a sinking boat, we do not know when things are going to be like before, but we are in it together. Let us make a point to focus on good health and maintaining social distancing and the use of masks regularly as a means of living from a heart centered place.
One should eat food that helps to build our immune system. Do you know that ginger and turmeric are good sources of anti-oxidants to the body? Use them in tea, it helps to decrease inflammation which can aid our bodies in fighting any bugs they come into contact with.
Giving healthy food to children can be a difficult task. Store healthy snacks in the jar, they will eventually eat them when they are hungry. Replace chocolates with fruits that they might like. Make ice candies with fruits in them.
These sweet protein packed energy balls are easy to make, the ingredients are easily available and best of all, they can be made in less than thirty minutes.
