Manifesting your dreams, it’s something we all daydream about but few of us ever actually seek out to do.
Some of us seek out to do but either fail and give up or succeed only to fail later and then give up. So What sets those few apart that do succeed in manifesting their dreams?
The ones that succeed at accomplishing what they strive for. The ones that manifest every dream they have, build it up to greatness and keep it. What makes them different? What makes them special?
Nothing.
Nothing special sets them apart from you. They have no special abilities or magic powers. You have exactly everything that they have which means you have exactly everything you need to do the exact same. Lets take a look at the break down of it. Lets really get in there and analyze the similarities and the differences between “normal” folks and “extraordinary” folks.
Manifesting Success
First of all, the extraordinary have success.
Ok, sure. But what is success?
Success is relative. It completely depends on who you ask. For one person, success may be standing on a stage, performing in front of 50,000 people and television crews for the world to see. Someone else may define it as simply having a good job that pays a comfortable living and a loving spouse. For others even, it may be having the time to eat and shower all in the same day.
Maybe we can agree, though, that success is having what you want. Yes?
Do you have a clear goal or dream you’re working on? You can’t manifest something unless you know what it is you want.
The people who are “successful” have a clearly defined goal or dream. They know exactly what it is they want. It’s not enough to know what you don’t want. You have to know exactly what it is that you do want for proper manifesting.
People seem to be very good at telling you what they don’t want. Specifying what they DO want, however, seems to be a little more difficult.
You’ve gotta have a direction in mind if you want to get somewhere. You have to know where you’re trying to go before you can figure out how to get there.
So sit down with a piece of paper or with a friend or family member and brainstorm about what you want. Play the “if we won the lottery” game. Discuss or write down (or both for extra points!) all of the things you would do and/or have if you had all of the time and money in the world.
Let your imagination run wild!
100 Things to stop denying yourself for abundance manifesting
Mindset for Manifesting
Mindset makes all the difference in the world. You can’t have a negative outlook on your goals and dreams and expect to manifest them into existence. Your dreams and goals don’t want to hang around with negative people. Negative people aren’t fun.
They bring everyone else around them into lower vibrations and they take too much energy to pacify because they aren’t content with themselves. It’s exhausting. You’re repelling your dreams and goals by being this way.
“Successful” people are always positive. They know things are going to work out for them. They know life is grand and that every moment is amazingly spectacular.
Think about the positive people you know as well as the negative people you know. You’d rather hang out with the positive, right? They make things more enjoyable. You have a good time with them. They make you happy.
And all of those negative nancey’s you know. You get a slight sinking feeling every time their names pop up on your phone, don’t you?
Just like positive people attract other people, they attract their dreams and goals into manifesting in their lives. Their dreams and goals flock to them with exponential speed because they are attracted to the positive.
Likewise, negative people repel their goals and dreams the same way they repel people. Positive attracts and negative repels. Like goes with like.
It really is that simple. That’s why all of those success “gurus” tell you that you need to be happy first. Not wait until you accomplish your goals and dreams. If you’re waiting to be happy until then, you’ll never be happy. And you’ll probably never get those things you desire.
Pay attention to the tense of the words you speak and think. Try to start turning your words from “don’t” “can’t” “Won’t” and basically anything else bad into “will” “can” “am”. Change your words and you’ll change your beliefs and your mindset.
Think high vibrations.
Talents
Some will argue that “successful” people have special talents.
Alright, yeah, sure. Most spectacular people have an equally spectacular talent. But I’ve heard people complain about super famous actors/actresses who absolutely suck at acting (I could definitely name a few). I’ve also definitely heard people complain about music artists who can’t sing, yes?
Just like you probably know people in real life who can sing beautifully but don’t use it. Each and every one of us has our own special talents. Most of us don’t utilize them. We’re raised to believe ridiculous things like:
- Artists don’t make money until they’re dead.
- Not just anyone can be famous.
- It takes money to pay your way into fame.
- You have to be born into it.
- It’s not about what you can do, it’s about who you know. And we don’t know anyone.
- Do you know how many people want to do that for a living? You’ll never make it. There’s too much competition.
- What makes you think people want to listen to you?
- Since you thought of it, it’s probably already been done.
- Need I go on?
We’ve all been told these dream crushing things as children. I’m willing to bet that most people who do end up “making it” had someone in their childhood who believed they could accomplish their dreams and told them so often and encouraged them to keep trying.
More people, adults as well as children, need to be told that they can do, be, have anything that they want in life. Too many are told the opposite and it’s not right.
Remember: When people doubt you, they are not really doubting you but their own abilities to do so. They don’t see how they themselves could do such a thing which leads them to believe that neither could you.
Seek out to show them that they could if they tried. Lead by example. Prove them wrong.
On the path to “success”, it helps if you can pinpoint your own personal talents and utilize them. It makes things easier if you’re good at what you seek to accomplish. But it isn’t necessary. Hence the famous people who suck at what they’re famous for.
The key is to believe that you can make it. Adjust your mindset, be happy and never give up.
Get out a piece of paper and write down everything your good at. EVERYTHING. If you can’t come up with anything at first write down things like breathing, sleeping, walking etc until you figure it out. Just keep going.
Also write down any of those limiting beliefs you may have. They’re not true. You’re not limited by anything other than yourself. Believe it and finding those beliefs that are holding you back is the first step in crushing them into nonexistence. Anything that holds you back has no place in your life. You deserve to succeed at everything you desire.
Give up
The “successful” people don’t do it. Point blank. It’s not in their vocabulary.
When creating the light bulb, Thomas Edison “failed” 1,000 times before getting it right. When asked why he hadn’t given up after failing so many times, he replied with “I have not failed. I successfully found 1,000 ways it won’t work”. It’s all about the mindset.
Other people who didn’t give up:
- Howard Schultz, the founder of Starbucks was rejected by 242 banks before someone gave him a loan.
- J.K. Rowling was rejected 12 times before publishing Harry Potter.
- Lord of the Flies was rejected 20 times.
- Walt Disney was rejected 302 times.
- Colonel Sanders was rejected 1,009 times before KFC was accepted.
- Bill Gate’s first company failed.
- The Wright brother’s had tons of failed flying machines before one finally worked.
- Oprah was fired as a television reporter because she was “unfit for TV”.
- Abraham Lincoln had many failed businesses and was defeated during multiple political campaigns.
- You get the point.
Not to mention all of those successful people out there that quit school or had rough childhoods. They didn’t let anything stand in their way and they refused to take no as an answer. They didn’t succumb to failure. They never gave up.
They believed in themselves and their abilities to accomplish that which they were after. They had the correct mindset.
Focus on What Your Manifesting
Achieving anything takes time. Too many people think there should be a magic pill or a secret to get them to where they want to be over night.
Once you decide on a dream or goal to succeed at, you have to focus on said goal or dream. You can’t be bouncing around from project to project. A couple of projects are ok, but more than three is not going to produce the types of results you want to see.
You get results by focusing. Preferably on one thing at a time. That’s how progress is made and goals are achieved. By focusing on something specific for as long as possible.
Things require energy to manifest. You direct energy toward it by focusing on it. Like a beaker that needs to be filled all of the way to the top. You need to fill your specific goal beaker with energy all the way full before it will manifest.
The people who are “successful” are very good at focusing on what it is they want.
Figure out what you want and build upon it.
Choose to Manifest What You Want
All of these things that make people successful at manifesting are things that anyone can choose to have.
- You can choose to be positive and set your vibrations high to attract your goals and dreams.
- You can choose to decide on a specific dream or goal to work toward.
- You can choose to utilize your special talents
- You can choose to never give up.
- You can choose to succeed.
We all have the power to change for the better. Everything is always changing whether you realize it or want it to or not. It is the way of things and cannot be stopped. You can however, choose to direct the change in one direction or another.
You are what you believe and you believe what you think and speak. You have the power to choose to think and speak in positives which will change your beliefs to positive and empowering ones instead of negative ones that hold you back.
Because the only thing standing in your way is you. And the choices you make.
